At Wellspire Health, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. We are a cash-only practice and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

Psychiatric Medication Management

  • Initial Psychiatric Consultation (60 minutes): $235
  • Follow-Up Medication Management (20–30 minutes): $115

Semaglutide Program

  • Initial Weight Loss Consultation (includes assessment, nutrition guidance, and treatment plan): $150
  • Follow-Up Visit (every 4 weeks): $120

Monthly Membership

(for ongoing weight loss patients)

  • $99/month —nutrition support, and monthly follow-up visit (medication cost not included)
